Since September to December year 2002 ten members and volunteers of NGO Kalegium worked on gender stereotypes breaking and healthy lifestyles propaganda with five girls groups in four secondary schools of the city of Pinsk. 

On June 7-8, 2001 the representatives of female NGOs from Sweden, Estonia, Litva, Lithuania, Belarus and Poland discussed gender equality issues at the conference in Norrtalje (Sweden). Nadya Avsievich, the member of Kalegium participated at that conference. The participants formed the initiative group Baltic Fem and signed the Baltic Fem Declaration.

On November 23, 2001 in Pinsk Kalegium with the support of the Swedish Institute organized the international seminar "Gender stereotypes in mass media and the process of education in Sweden and Belarus". 

On June 24  July 1, 2002 ten women from Pinsk visited Stockholm. They studied Swedish gender equality and had training on the empowerment of the girls' groups.
